Mr. Phillips began teaching tennis while in the U.S. Air Force over 40 years ago. His credits include: community coordinator and director of community development for USTA Louisiana, president of USPTA Louisiana and president of the USPTA Southern Division. His Community Tennis Association (CTA) experience: includes founding a CTA, as well as being Board member, volunteer, advisor/consultant, and employee. Bill’s areas of expertise include non-profit organizations, community and public relations, parks and recreation, volunteerism, special events, development, fundraising, USTA and other tennis programming. He is a USPTA Elite Professional and has received many awards, including USTA National On-Court Trainer of the Year

Margaret Silverstein, JD
Retired Attorney, Baker Donelson

Margaret Silverstein, previously served two 3-year terms on the A's & Aces Board of Directors. She is a native New Orleanian who graduated from the Tulane University School of Law.  Mrs. Silverstein is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, and her practice areas include business law and investments. Mrs. Silverstein and her husband, Jimmy, have two children, Caroline and Robert. Ms. Silverstein is a 3.0 NTRP player.
