Location: Saturday clinics are held at the NORDC Joe Brown Park Tennis Center from mid-August 2023 to May 2024.
The clinics offer several different levels, from beginners to tournament level players. The beginner-level (Red Ball) clinics are designed to introduce young children to the sport, develop fundamental tennis skills while exploring their interest in the sport. A's & Aces strives to give all children ages 6-8 an opportunity to try tennis through our Saturday Red Ball Clinics. As participants develop and continue in the program, they follow a progressive pathway using the USTA Red, Orange, Green, and Yellow ball formats. Progressions are based on age and attainment of skills at each level. A’s & Aces “Tournament Training” clinics now provide coaching resources to the Orange, Green, and Yellow Ball players who demonstrate the most desire and dedication to training year-round, multiple times weekly, who participate in competitive tournament tennis, and who display good sportsmanship, academic determination, and athletic best effort.
