Breaking Barriers to Tennis: Access, Quality & Affordability
A’s & Aces is committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to experience the sport of tennis. Our “Pathway to Success” model begins with broad outreach and initial exposure through entry-point programs such as summer camps, Saturday clinics, and in-school sessions. From there, students can follow various pathways ranging from recreational play to high-performance training. Year-round programming includes after-school sessions, weekend clinics, and holiday/summer camps, offering consistent training and development opportunities for student-athletes. Some older participants also take part in our Career Development Program, which equips them with valuable leadership and technical skills. Our Excellence Team represents the highest level of commitment within the program—comprising dedicated student-athletes striving to reach their full potential both on and off the court.

All levels - from recreational to high-performance
A’s & Aces provides a clear, accessible, and inclusive pathway for young people to engage with the sport of tennis — from first-time players to competitive athletes preparing for college. Our model supports every stage of development:
- Point-of-Entry: Introductory programs for children ages 5–10 through in-school tennis, summer camps, and Saturday clinics.
- Developmental: After-school programs for Red, Orange, and Green Ball players focused on skill-building and consistent practice.
- Tournament Training: Training and match-play preparation for intermediate to advanced players, with regular practices and competition support.
- High-Performance: Elite, year-round program for our most committed student-athletes, focusing on excellence on and off the court, including college prep.
- Career Development: Leadership training, employment, and mentoring for older youth, many of whom return as coaches and role models.
